Pathfinder Second Edition Adventure (PDF) - A pirate radio station has been broadcasting in the capital city. The on-air talent professes to have the ability to cast spells via broadcast signals. It has been mostly dismissed as a promotional hoax to garner more listeners. Recently an outspoken opponent of the broadcast was reported to have committed suicide at the behest of the radio host. Authorities began an investigation, but have been unable to locate the source of the broadcast. The possible magical nature of this investigation means it falls under the jurisdiction of Nachtrichter. Since the investigation began, unconfirmed reports blame illness and dangerous behavior on the broadcast. The host, who identifies himself as Ahvan (a reference to the Vedician god of renewal) is believed to be a Burgundian national in his late twenties, or early thirties. Ahvan limits his broadcasts to around thirty minutes each night. He broadcasts once a day, always after sundown. The content of his show is a mixture of political rants and magical theory. Most listeners believe it is entertainment and don’t take the assertions of magical ability seriously. The show is broadcast on a different frequency every night. Somehow his audience is able to locate the show. You are assigned to locate the source of this illegal broadcast, shut it down, and apprehend the figure known as Ahvan.
